When I was a kid I always used to watch this movie. All I can remember is that there on a quest for a ruby or emerald or cyrstal. Along the way they get chased by these guys on either roller blades or roller skates. These bad guys also have some sort of wheel for hands so they glide after the hero of the movie. Any clue to what the movie was called? Thanks in advance.

I have two old GBAs. When I have Pokemon Fire Red or Leaf Green in one- and Sapphire- Ruby or Emerald in the other- and try to trade pokemon between them (using a gamelink cable) I get a message saying that the Cable Club is not ready to trade between different regions yet. Is there a certain level in one or both of the games that I must reach before I can trade between the earlier games and the Ruby/Emerald/Sapphire versions?
