How do you get Cyndaquil and the other starting pokemon on silver?
I read in a games comic that the only games you can migrate from are : Fire red-leaf green-Emerald-Sapphire and ruby but not silver.
Please tell me how to get them =D

For me
"Carry me Home" - The Living End
"Ruby Soho" - Rancid
"Assissan" - Muse
"John The Fisherman" - Primus

I have been trying to catch Rayquaza on Pokemon Ruby for around six months. It s tiring after all that time I have spent on this guy.
I am using Blaziken and Groudon.
My Groudon is level 47 with the moves-

1.) Slash
2.) Thunderbolt
3.) Earthquake
4.) Fire Blast

My Blaziken is level 71 with the moves-

1.) Blaze Kick
2.) Sky Uppercut
3.) Double Kick
4.) Overheat

I have used my level 15 Swablu to try to put him to sleep- but he always attacks first and faints it.

I have 10 Ultra Balls
11 Hyper Potions
4 Revives

I cannot catch him.
Everytime I get him down to the really low HP- he either kills himself in confusion- or uses Rest and re-heals.
Also- everytime I use thunderbolt- it never paralyzes him.

Can someone please help me out?

I used my Master Ball on Groudon. I just started with Ruby when I did- because my friend got me through it until Groudon.
